Now this is a good idea. A CD this is meant to make you forget that you’re working out while you’re working out.
The three CD compilation works you up starting at a 17 track walk, moving to a 17 track jog, finishing with a 25 track run and each CD brings you a mix of originals and remixes to keep your mind off the amount of sweat pouring off you (possibly by track three of walk….)
Each CD has a couple of really stand out tracks, including some killer old school tunes remixed really well, that make you realise that a lot of thought was actually put into how this was laid out.
On top of that, the CD’s will definitely work for you if your version of exercise is similar to mine which means breaking out some dance moves while sitting in your car at traffic lights.
